DIO/ODI Reference Vocabulary

This document identifies the machine-readable reference vocabulary derived from the published corpus of Digital Identity Optimization (DIO) and the Ontology of Digital Identity (ODI).

The vocabulary is intentionally SKOS-first. It provides stable concept identifiers, definitions, broader/narrower and related-concept relations, provenance, and revision notes without presenting the current model as a completed OWL ontology.
